Fresno Valley Tech

About

An engineering shop with a service mindset.

Fresno Valley Tech builds and runs the workflows and automation behind small and mid-sized businesses. From the Central Valley, for anywhere.

Where we come from

Built like a lab. Run like a service.

We started as an independent R&D lab, building internal tools and products across different domains, the kind of work where you own the whole problem. That habit became the business.

Instead of handing clients software and a manual, we stay deployed. We build automation against real operations and stay accountable for it working in production. That means visiting your office, walking through the process with your team, and treating edge cases like the real problems they are.

Today that means managed workflows and automation for businesses that would rather get time back than learn another tool. No handoff. No “you run this now.” We operate what we build.

How we work

Forward-deployed.

Embedded

We learn your operation before we automate it: real documents, real edge cases, real people. No shortcuts based on what usually works.

Production-first

A workflow only counts when it runs reliably enough that nobody thinks about it. We monitor from day one and treat the first production runs as carefully as the build.

Accountable

We operate what we build. When something breaks, it's our pager, not yours. That changes how you design everything.

Plain language

We explain what we built and why, in words your team can repeat, not a binder you'll never open. You always know what the automation does.

Talk to the people who'll build it.

No sales team. The engineer on the call is the engineer on the work.

30 minutes, no pitch deck. You leave knowing what automation would handle, and what it wouldn't.
