Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Everything clients ask before working with us, answered in one place: how engagements work, what things cost, who owns what, and the specifics of our n8n and OpenClaw services.
The engagement
Working with us.
How fast can we start?
Discovery can happen this week. Scoping typically takes one to two weeks from there, depending on the complexity of the workflows in scope. The build begins once you approve the proposal.
What if we already have automations?
We audit what you have and take it over or rebuild it, including existing n8n or OpenClaw setups. If it works well, we keep it. If it does not, we replace it as part of the scoped build.
Can we cancel, and what do we keep?
Yes. Managed administration is month to month, with no annual contract required. The workflows are yours, running in your accounts. If you cancel, you keep everything that was built, and we hand over documentation of what each workflow does and why it was built that way. There is no lock-in by design.
Is our data safe?
Workflows run in your accounts against your own systems. Access is scoped to what each workflow needs, it is auditable, and we put the terms in writing before anything goes live.
We already tried automation tools and they didn't stick. What's different here?
That experience is common, and it usually has one cause: the tool got configured, then nobody was running it. Something changed downstream, and it stopped working with no one responsible for noticing. We are not selling you a tool to manage. We build it and we run it, and when it breaks, fixing it is our job.
What happens when something breaks?
We monitor every workflow. When something fails, we get the alert, not you. We fix it and tell you after it is resolved. That is what the administration fee covers: a named person responsible for the system working, end to end.
Our flagship service
Managed workflows & AI agents.
Do we need technical staff?
No. We operate the system; your team just uses the results. You do not need anyone on staff who can read code or manage integrations.
What does it cost?
Scoped per engagement: a setup retainer based on the workflows we build, then a monthly administration fee based on how many are under management. No prices on a webpage because no two operations are the same.
How long until something is running?
Discovery first. Most first workflows ship within weeks of scoping, then we expand from there as we learn your operations.
Who owns the workflows, and what happens if we part ways?
You own everything. We build inside your accounts, so the workflows and credentials are yours from day one. The monthly plan is for ongoing operation, not lock-in. If you cancel, you keep what was built: the workflows stay live in your accounts, and we hand over documentation of what each one does and why it was built that way.
n8n services
n8n setup, rescue & migration.
Can you take over our existing n8n instance?
Yes. Audit first, then documented takeover; that is our most common n8n engagement.
Self-hosted or cloud?
Either; for takeovers we work where you already are, for new setups we will recommend based on your needs.
Do you migrate away from n8n?
Only when it is earned. If n8n serves the job, we keep it; when workflows outgrow it, we rebuild them on a code-first stack and manage them.
What does an n8n engagement cost?
A scoped setup or rescue engagement, then an optional monthly administration plan; quoted after discovery.
OpenClaw services
OpenClaw setup & migration.
Where does OpenClaw run?
On infrastructure you control: your server or your cloud account. You own it; we operate it.
Can you fix an existing OpenClaw install?
Yes. Audits and rescues of half-working setups are common starting points.
Is it safe to connect OpenClaw to business accounts?
With scoped access, sandboxing, and monitoring, yes. That is most of what a proper setup is.
What does an OpenClaw setup cost?
Scoped setup plus an optional monthly administration plan; every install is quoted after a short discovery call.
Still have a question?
Ask it on a 30-minute discovery call. A straight conversation about your operation, no pitch deck.
